Switchmode is currently helping a Danish executive consulting firm upgrade their marketing practice. The world is full of executive consulting and even though this particular firm has a unique service they struggle to gain traction.
This is partly due to rudimentary insight to their customers which is creating difficulties in communicating the service succinctly and in a way that appeals to the customer group. And partly due to the fact that the firm has few internal marketing capabilities, resulting in lack of time and structured approach.
To this end, Switchmode is providing sparring to the CEO and the marketing manager as well as hand-on planning and goal-setting. The purpose is to 1) focus their value proposition and marketing initiatives and 2) instill a systematic approach to customer research, and 3) establish a simple marketing planning cycle.
